Al Jouf Cement Co.’s shareholders elected new board members for the 3-year term starting Aug. 6, 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on July 23, 2020, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board members are Mohamed Said Attia, Abdul Ilah Muhammad Kaaki, Faisal Hamza Al-Khouli, Talal Othman Al-Muammar, Abdel Aziz Abdel Elah Kaaki, Ibrahim Mazen Khashoggi and Saad Ammash Al-Shammari.
Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee, its tasks, work controls and remunerations for its members for the next term starting from Aug. 6, 2020. Abd El-Ilah Kaaki was elected as the audit committee chairman, with Saad Sanaitan Hudaib, Ibrahim Mazen Khashoggi and Faisal Bin Hamza Al-Khouli as members.
