Al Kathiri Holding announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alian Industrial Co. inked a SAR 5.25 million worth of a contract with Tamimi Operations & Maintenance Services (O&M), a branch of Tamimi Global Co. Ltd. (TAFGA), according to a bourse filing.
Under the contract, Alian will supply 25,000 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete for Murcia housing project of the National Housing Company.
The contract was sealed on July 29, 2020, and will extend for 90 days.
The relevant financial impact will appear in Q4 2020, and the contract has no related parties, the statement added.
