Here’s the performance of Saudi Arabia’s top brokerages in July

Al Rajhi Capital topped the brokerage firms operating in Saudi Arabia in July 2020, according to recent data compiled by Argaam.

The Saudi-based firm accounted for 20.37% (SAR 45.38 billion) of the market transactions on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) last month.

NCB Capital (NCBC) ranked second, accounting for 14.37% (SAR 32.01 billion) of the total trading, followed by Aljazira Capital (SAR 20.08 billion).

Meanwhile, Samba Capital maintained the fourth position from March with a total of SAR 19.05 billion.

HSBC Saudi Arabia slipped to the 8th position with SAR 9.34 billion, after leading brokerage firms last months.

By the end of July, the combined trading value of brokerage firms stood at SAR 222.79 billion.

On the Nomu Parallel Market, Al-Rajhi Capital topped the list of brokerages operating in July, brokering up to SAR 146.7 million of total transactions on the parallel market.

Meanwhile, the number of brokerages working on exchange-traded funds (ETFs) remained unchanged month-on-month at 19 firms in July, with Falcom Financial Services on top brokering up to SAR 219.98 million worth of transactions.

The number of brokerages dealing in Sukuk and bonds increased to nine by July-end, recording a combined trading value of up to SAR 6.4 billion.

Samba Capital and Al-Rajhi Capital topped brokerages dealing in Sukuk and bonds for the month, brokering up to SAR 1.79 million worth of transactions each.
