SEDCO Capital REIT Fund will distribute a cash dividend of 1.52% or SAR 0.152 per unit for the period starting April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020, to unit holders through Al Rajhi Bank from Aug. 11, SEDCO Capital Co., the fund manager, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.55% of the net asset value according to the latest issued financial statements as of December 31, 2019.
