Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) invited shareholders to submit their candidature for board members elections for the three-year term, starting Oct. 25, 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The new board will consist of 11 members, and applications can be submitted from August 13 until Sept. 17, 2020, the statement added.
Candidates will be elected at the next general assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later.
