Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) shareholders approved amending bylaws related to the articles of incorporation, during the extraordinary general meeting held on August 12, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
The bylaws are related to the company’s objectives, shares trading, board powers, board meetings, conflict of interest, assembly invitations, committee reports, financial reports, dividend distribution, liability claims, and final provisions.
