Swicorp, the fund manager of Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund, announced today that AMC Cinemas opened on Aug. 13 an 8-screen cinema theatre at Hafr Al-Batin-based Al Makan Mall, one of the REIT’s properties, which spans an area of 3,572 square meters.
The fund manager said in a bourse statement that the new opening is part of the fund’s strategy, which continuously reviews its tenant mix to achieve optimum returns on the fund’s assets.
The fund manager expects the opening to have a positive impact on the fund.
