Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) signed a SAR 100 million Shariah compliant credit facilities agreement with Bank Albilad, the company said in a bourses statement.
The agreement aims at financing working capital requirements, the company said, indicating that there are no related parties involved in the deal.
The financing period starts from July 16, 2020 until June 16, 2021.
The amount is covered by a promissory note by Farm Superstores, the statement added.
