Naseej International Trading Co. said that Nader Al Nasser, an independent board member, submitted his resignation due to personal reasons.
The resignation was accepted by the board of directors and will become effective from Aug. 26, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board of directors also appointed Abdul Karim Al Nafea as an independent board member effective the same date.
The decision is not final and is subject to the general assembly’s approval.
