Shareholders of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. will vote on financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020 during the general meeting that will be held on Sept. 28, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same fiscal year, and discharging board members from liabilities during the fiscal year 2019/ 2020.
Other items on the meeting’s agenda include the appointment of external auditor to audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3, and Q4, as well as Q1 ending March 31, 2022.
Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items as of Thursday, Sept. 24.
