National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) begins today, Sunday, Sept. 6, 2020, trading its shares over the counter (OTC).
Trading of Thimar shares was suspended on Dec. 11, 2019, due to the delay in publishing financial statements for Q3 2019 and Q4 2019. The suspension continued on the delay of publishing financials of the following periods as well.
The company said that the reason for applying for OTC trading is related to the delay in publishing financial statements for Q3 2019, Q4 2019, Q1 2020 and Q2 2020, adding that this procedure comes in line with its keenness on shareholders’ benefits, and its working on overcoming the suspensions reasons.
The company's shares closed at SAR 17.20 in the last trading session.
