Alkhabeer REIT Fund completed the acquisition of two real estate properties in Riyadh in order to boost assets, fund manager Alkhabeer Capital, said in a bourse filing.
The properties are Alfarabi Colleges and its under-construction training building in Ishbiliyah district.
Alkhabeer Capital aims to broaden the fund’s asset base and diversify its sources of income.
The acquisition will have a positive impact on the fund’s financials and performance, it noted.
