Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Allianz SF) shareholders are set to elect the members of the audit committee for the new term, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Oct. 19, 2020.
Shareholders will also determine the committee’s implementing rules, the company said in a bourse statement.
The company will adopt electronic voting as of Oct. 15, 2020 on the agenda items of OGM.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
