Middle East Healthcare Co.’s (Saudi German Hospital) board of directors approved today, Sept. 20, to reappoint Sobhi Abduljalil Ibrahim Batterjee as chairman and Makarem Sobhi Abdul Jalil Batterjee as deputy chairman for a three-year term started Sept. 17, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.
The board ratified the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, as well as the audit committee.
Additionally, the board appointed Moaz Muhammad Al-Zarkan as the board secretary, as well as the company’s representatives for all purposes related to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the Securities Depository Center (Edaa).
