Shareholders of Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) will vote, during the general meeting scheduled for Oct. 28, on the audit committee formation for the three-year term ending Sept. 16, 2023 and determining its duties and remuneration.
The company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday that shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting through e-voting as of Saturday, Oct. 24.
