SEDCO Capital appointed Tarek H. Lengawy as the new chairman of the board of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund, effective Oct. 11, 2020, after Abdul Raouf S. Banagah stepped down from the post, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
Additionally, Ziad Alakeel was appointed as an independent director of the board.
The new board members of the fund are Tarek H. Lengawy (independent director and chairman), Ziad Alakeel (independent director), Saeed Baarma (non-executive director), Samer Abu Aker (executive director) and Abdul Wahab Abed (executive director).
