Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) submitted today, Oct. 15, a request to capital increase through a SAR 100 million rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the company said in a bourse filing.
Wasatah Capital was appointed as financial advisor for the issue.
In February, the company's board of directors recommended raising capital through SAR 100 million rights issue to finance its future plans and expansions.
