The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, Oct. 18, the beginning of the subscription period and tradable rights trading for Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain Saudi) from Oct. 19, 2020.
Rights trading will end on Oct. 26, while the subscription to new shares will close on Oct. 29.
Shareholders approved the board's recommendation on a capital increase to SAR 8.98 billion from SAR 4.48 billion through a SAR 450 million rights issue, during the extraordinary general meeting held on Oct. 8, 2020.
