Saudi Airlines Catering Co.’s board of directors announced today, Oct. 18, the distribution of dividend for Q4 2019 on Oct. 27, 2020.
Shareholders of record on March 12, 2020, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa), are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
In March, the company's board of directors decided to postpone the dividend payout for Q4 2020 unit further notice.
The board recommended on Feb. 17, 2020, a 14% cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2019, at SAR 1.4 per share, amounting to SAR 114.8 million, Argaam reported
