Saudi Indian Co. for Cooperative Insurance’s (Wafa Insurance) board of directors accepted the resignations of Abdulrahman Al-Amim and Haitham Youssef, effective today, Oct. 19.
Al-Amim, a board member and the audit committee head, joined the board of directors on Jan. 19, 2020, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
Meanwhile, Haitham Youssef, a board member, tendered his resignations for professional reasons, the statement added.
