Etihad Atheeb Telecommunications Co. (GO) announced the start of electronic voting as of today, Oct. 21, for its ordinary general meeting (OGM), to be held on Oct. 25, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
Earlier, the company invited shareholders to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Oct. 27, 2020, according to data compiled by Argaam.
