Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of chief executive officer (CEO) Fawwaz Al-Khodari, effective Oct. 20, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board also named Ali BuSaleh, the current chief operating officer, as the acting CEO, the statement added.
BuSaleh holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He has extensive experience of more than 26 years in energy, construction, infrastructure, oil, services, gas and petrochemicals.
The company indicated that it still can file a liability claim against the former executive management, adding that relevant updates will be duly revealed.
