Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s rights issue shares were 98.45% subscribed, as subscribers injected SAR 44.51 million in 4.45 million shares, the company said in a bourse filing.
The remaining shares will be reoffered to institutional investors on a pro rata basis on Oct. 27-28, 2020.
On Oct. 12, Al Kathiri kicked off subscription to new shares and rights trading to raise its capital from SAR 45.21 million to SAR 90.42 million, Argaam reported.
The company offered 4.52 million shares at SAR 10 each at a total value of SAR 45.21 million.
Rights trading period ended on Oct. 19 while subscription period ended on Oct. 22.
