Saudi-based Zahid Group increased its stake in Dalata Hotel Group to 9.77% from 8.05%.
Dalata is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange in Dublin and owns and operates 44 hotels in Ireland and Britain.
In August 2020, Zahid Group purchased a 3.42% stake in Dalata.
