Saudi Arabia records 398 new COVID-19 cases on Friday

Saudi Arabia recorded 398 new COVID-19 cases today, Oct. 30 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 346,880, the Ministry of Health said.

Recoveries reached 404, raising the total number of recovered cases to 333,409 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

The Kingdom reported 20 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 5,383.

Active cases totaled 8,088, of which 776 cases are critical.  

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 53 each, followed by Madinah (48), Yanbu (38), Jeddah (37), Makkah (32) and Khamis Mushait with 11.  

The Kingdom conducted 56,255 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 8 million.
