Etihad Atheeb Co.’s (GO) shareholders will vote on the formation of the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term, starting Dec. 1, 2020, and ending on Oct. 25, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting to be held on Dec.1, 2020.
The company said in a bourse filing that shareholders will also define the committee's tasks, controls and renumeration of its members.
