Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co.’s board of directors approved, on Nov. 8, to reappoint Youssef Saeed Bazaid as the chief executive officer (CEO), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Bazaid will assume his duties as of Nov. 15, 2020, the statement added.
On Oct. 15, the board of directors approved the resignation of Bazaid as he reached the legal age of retirement, according to data compiled by Argaam.
The company indicated at the time that it agreed with Bazaid to return to work after the cut off period, within a month of the date of resignation taking effect as of Oct. 29.
Bazaid has 35-year experience in industrial consulting and industrial complex management. He holds bachelor's degree in civil engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
