Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) will adopt electronic voting starting Wednesday, Nov. 11, on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting to be held on Sunday, Nov. 15, according to a bourse filing.
The move is in line with Capital Market Authority (CMA) circular, issued March 16, to enable shareholders to participate and vote on general meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
