The Ministry of Finance closed the November 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The issuance size was set at SAR 795million divided into two tranches, the ministry said in a statement on Friday.
The first tranche has a size of SAR 200 million and a total tranche size of SAR 982.6 million, maturing in 2027, while the second tranche has a size of SAR 595million, and a total tranche size of SAR 14.56 billion, maturing in 2030.
