Development Works Food Co.’s board of directors appointed Hisham Abdulrahman Muqrin as vice chairman until end of current board term, the company said in a bourse statement.
Muqrin was named as the company’s chief executive officer in June this year.
Muqrin has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and management fields and has held several leading positions in different companies and banks.
