Eastern Province Cement Co.’s shareholders approved the election of the new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 29, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Dec. 15, it said in a statement to Tadawul.
The members elected are Shaikah Abdullah Al Jubair, Mohammed Saad Al-Faraj Al-Subaiei, Waleed Mohammed Al-Jaafari, Ahmad Ibrahim Al-Shethri, Ibrahim Salem Al-Rewais, Majed Saleh Al-Rajhi, Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al-Khonain, Zamil Abdulrahman Al-Mokren, and Mohammed Waslallah Al-Harbi.
