Arabian Aramco Total Services Co. partially redeemed today, Dec. 21, SAR 141.7 million worth of sukuk, representing 3.78% of the sukuk’s original face value (scheduled semi-annually).
This came as per the redemption schedule of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the company said in a bourse statement.
Subsequently, the face value of each certificate becomes SAR 59,980 and the outstanding sukuk principal is SAR 2.2 billion.
