Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. did not renew its non-exclusive insurance agency contract with Tadamon for Cooperative Insurance Agency as the agreement failed to achieve the desired objectives, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
The decision will not have any financial impact on the company, it added.
Al Sagr Insurance signed the agreement with Tadamon on Dec. 25, 2019, according to data available with Argaam.
