Saudi Arabia recorded 108 COVID-19 cases today, Jan. 7, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 363,485, the Ministry of Health stated.

Recoveries reached 138, raising the total number of recovered cases to 355,037 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

The Kingdom reported six new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,278.

Active cases totaled 2,170, of which 328 cases are critical.

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 48, followed by Makkah (24), Eastern Province (15), Northern Borders (7) and Madinah with three.

The Kingdom conducted 36,161 new laboratory tests, increasing the total number of COVID-19 tests to 11.25 million.
