Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. announced today, Jan. 11, that it has accepted the resignation of independent board member Fahad Bin Saad Al-Sheaibi.
Al-Sheaibi's resignation, which was tendered due to personal reasons, will come into effect on Feb. 1, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
