Lazurde Company for Jewelry shareholders started e-voting on Jan. 16, 2021, on the agenda items of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for Jan. 20, 2021, according to a bourse statement.
During the EGM, shareholders will vote on amending Article No. 18 of company’s bylaws, as regards board directors, reducing the number of available board seats to seven from nine, and starting the next board term on April 26, 2021.
