Amin Al-Nasser, Saudi Aramco’s President and CEO
The Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) has benefited from the acceleration of technology in discovery, recovery and maximizing the benefits of cost, efficiency and reliability as well as carbon emissions, Amin Nasser, President and CEO, said.
Aramco's reliability is one of the highest in 2020 and is 99%, he said during his participation in the Future Investment Initiative (FII) sessions.
Nasser pointed out that the company benefited from the data and technology in reducing water production and dealing with it, indicating that industries are moving very quickly in terms of application, adoption, the use of data analysis and performance transformation.
He also added that the launch of one of the largest supercomputers in Dhahran Techno Valley in collaboration with stc Group will create new opportunities in exploration and development and enhance decision-making capabilities in exploration and investment.
