Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay dividend for Q4 2020 on Feb. 8, 2021, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.
Unit holders of record on Jan. 20, 2021, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.
Earlier this month, the fund manager declared a 1% cash dividend, or SAR 0.10 per unit, for Q4 2020, according to data compiled by Argaam.
