6 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.

1) Saudi British Bank (SABB) incurred net loss of SAR 4.168 billion in 2020.

2) National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) said that evidence-gathering procedures are ongoing by the Public Prosecution against all suspects in the internal embezzlement of SAR 34 million.

3) Theeb Rent a Car Co. issued a prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). 

4) Alinma Investment will distribute cash dividend to the unit holders of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund – Short Maturity for the period from September 2020 to Feb. 2021, at SAR 1.44 per unit, or 1.44% initial price per unit.

5) Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co. (Solidarity) said that creditor objection period for the merger with Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co. will end today, Feb. 25, 2021.

6) Brent crude on Thursday gained 29 cents to reach $67.33 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 19 cents to reach $63.41/bbl.
