National Company for Learning and Education's (NCLE) board of directors approved, on Feb. 28, 2021, re-appointing Khaled Al-Khudair as chairman, the company said in a bourse statement.
Ibrahim Al-Derei was also appointed as vice chairman of the board, the statement added.
Moreover, the board gave the go-ahead for the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee. The members will include Abdulaziz bin Hamoud Al-Thiab, Ibrahim bin Abdel Rahman Alderei, and Nawal bint Mohammed Al-Ghunaiman.
The company's representatives in the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) were appointed for all purposes related to the application of laws and regulations.
