Bank Albilad shareholders will vote on several items, including authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 202, at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on April 11, 2021.
They will also discuss approving the financial statements, as well as auditor and board reports for 2020.
Shareholders will also vote on paying SAR 3.52 million as remuneration to the board members, at SAR 320,000 each, for 2020.
In addition, the general assembly will discuss amending the articles of association.
Shareholders will start voting on the agenda items as of April 7, 2021, through Tadawulaty services.
