Lazurde Company for Jewelry starts today, March 21, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on March 24, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
Earlier, the company invited its shareholders to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 26, 2021, according to data compiled by Argaam.
