Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. announced the resignation of two audit committee members, Yasser Yehia Abdelhamid Abdrabou and Mazrroa bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Mazrroa, submitted on March 22, 2021.
According to separate bourse statements, Abdrabou was the representative and CEO of Fitaihi Holding Group, on March 22, 2021.
The resignation was approved by the board of directors as Fitaihi Holding Group sold its entire stake in the share capital of Al-Jouf Agricultural on March 2, 2021.
Meanwhile, Al-Mazrroa resigned due to personal reasons.
The board of directors also approved the nomination of Khalid bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Arifi to replace Abdrabou and Ahmed bin Ibrahim Mohamed Hejan to succeed Al-Mazrroa, to be presented to the next general assembly meeting.
