Al-Jouf Agricultural names Bader Al-Aujan as board chairman, Rasheed Owain as deputy chairman

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co.’s board of directors appointed Bader bin Hamed Al-Aujan (independent member) as board chairman for the new term started March 22, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

The board also appointed Rasheed bin Rashed bin Saad bin Owain (non-executive member) as deputy chairman for the same term.

Meanwhile, they appointed Badr Al-Aujan (independent), Rasheed Owain (non-executive) and Omar Riyad Mohammad Al-Humaidan (non-executive) as members of the executive committee.

The appointed members of nomination and remuneration committee include Abdulrahman bin Abdelaziz Alyomni (non-executive), Nowar bint Hamad Al-Bahly (independent), Meked bin Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Alkhamis (independent) and Ali Riyad Mohammad Al-Humaidan (non-executive).

The members of the audit committee, which was approved by the general assembly on March 4, 2021, include Mohammed Ahmed Yassin Al-Sheikh (chairman and from outside the board), Mazrroa bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Mazrroa (outside the board) and Yasser Yehia Abdelhamid Abdrabou (outside the board).

The board also appointed Khalid bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Arifi (independent), Mazen bin Abdullah bin Mohammad Badawood (CEO) and Fathy Khalil Awad Gouhar (internal auditor) as representatives of the company for all purposes related to the application of laws and regulations at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Market (Tadawul).
