The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) will credit the subscribed securities of Theeb Rent a Car today, March 26, to the accounts of eligible securities’ holders.
The company floated 12.9 million shares, representing 30% of its total shares in a public offering of which 10% or 1.29 million shares were allocated to retail investors.
The institutional and retail offerings were 6,010% and 3,385% oversubscribed, respectively.
