Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development’s (Alhokair Group) shareholders will vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting April 19, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting scheduled for April 18, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on forming the audit committee, functions, controls and remuneration for the new three-year term starting April 19, 2021.
The candidates are Amr Abdul Aziz Al-Jalal, Ramzi Kanaan Abu Khadra and Sulaiman Al-Qahidan.
Shareholders will vote on the agenda items as of April 14, 2021, through Tadawulaty services.
