Al Gassim Investment Holding Co. (GACO) announced today, March 30, 2021, that a preliminary ruling issued by the Administrative Court in Al-Gassim rejected its lawsuit filed against a branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Qassim Province.
The company will challenge the ruling upon receiving the primary judgment, it said in a bourse filing.
The financial impact will be announced later.
