Riyadh Cement Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on distributing a 10% cash dividend for the second half of 2020, at SAR 1 per share, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on April 21, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement today, March 31, 2021.
