United Wires Factories Co. (Aslak) will start on Friday, April 2, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 6, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
In March, the company invited its shareholders vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021 at the OGM, Argaam reported.
