National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) announced today, April 1, 2021, that the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the direct listing of an investee firm, Natural Gas Distribution Co., on Nomu Parallel Market.
The company owns 35% of Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s capital, according to a bourse filing.
The CMA approved the request of Natural Gas Distribution Co. to register shares for a direct listing on Nomu, Argaam reported.
